#Food. #Funnyvideos. #vegan What’s up Thompson Gang! We are at it again with one of our flavor-packed homemade cauliflower bites recipe with 3 different sauces. There’s a sauce to satisfy everyone’s craving at the dinner table. Cauliflower bites are a great appetizer to start with or even eat it as your main course. The 3 different sauces we used were an (homemade) hot sauce, vegan barbeque sauce (store bought) and last but not least (homemade) garlic butter sauce. And for some reason, I have to have a side of vegan ranch to complete the dish. Here is the list of ingredients we used:
- 3 cups cauliflower (raw or frozen)
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp of coconut milk
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp parsley
- vegan parmesan cheese (to taste)
Instructions:
- Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces
- Add the coconut milk, flax seeds and parsley into a medium mixing bowl
- Mix until the batter is thick and is able to coat the cauliflower without dripping
- Dip the cauliflower into the batter and fully coat all sides evenly
- Then dip the cauliflower into the breadcrumbs (parmesan cheese was added to the breadcrumbs) until it is fully covered
- Place cauliflower on a rack and then place them into the air fryer
- Set air fry to 400 degrees for 15 minutes
- Once the cauliflower is done you can begin dipping them into your sauce of choice
- Then place cauliflower back in the oven for 10 minutes or until reached desired crispness
- Serve with our homemade vegan ranch dressing
