How to make chipotle’s burrito bowl (vegans)

What if you could make an amazing Chipotle burrito bowl right at home! We will give you a vegan version of the Chipotle burrito bowl which takes juicy to the next level, and we have to be honest it’s even better than the amazing restaurant Chipotle. Normally when we go to Chipotle we order burritos with no meat or cheese because we are vegans. Chipotle doesn’t have a big selection for vegans as far as substitutes for meat so that’s why we decided to make Chipotle vegan bowl with more substitutes for meat. The idea behind this vegan recipe is you can add whatever you like, you can make all of this from scratch. You can add things like mushrooms, plantains, avocado, or spicy salsa. Ingredients


1 whole Onion chopped
1 celery stalk chopped
2 tsp Garlic minced
1tsp chili powder
Dash paprika
1tsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp of jerk seasoning
1/2 tbsp of complete
Dash pepper
2 cans of black beans drained
2 Tbsp sea moss
2 Small yellow, red, orange bell peppers slice
3 carrots chopped
1 zucchini chopped
1 1/2 avocado chopped
1 large tomato chopped
2 plantains peeled & sliced

Ingredients:

BEANS:
1.heat pot on med-high and add olive oil


2.add and Saute’ onions and celery in a pot until translucent
3.Add garlic and cook for 30 sec
4.Add seasoning
5. Mix well, for 1 min
6. Add in drained can of blk beans mix well
7. Add in sea moss
8. Put a top on and set the stove to simmer for 15 minutes


VEGGIES:
1. In a bowl separately season with salt& pepper and add oil to each vegetable
2. Add peppers, carrots, zucchini to a lined baking pan
3. Place in the oven for 15 mins at 425F or until desire roast of veggies.

Avocado & tomatoes
1. Heat a pan and add olive oil
2. Add avocado and tomatoes
3. Saute ‘ for 2 mins and set aside


Plantains
1. Heat pan with oil enough to fill half the pan.
2. Add sliced plantains to pan and cook until golden brown 2-3 minutes on each side ( depending on your stove range) set aside

Setting up bowl:
In a bowl add rice, lettuce, beans mixture, avocado mixture, and then the veggies.

Top with : ranch, crispy onions, guacamole, nuts, whatever you desire.
