We remade Tasty pasta!

#Food#Cook#Tasty What’s up Thompson Gang! We remade Tasty pasta! Collectively we all love pasta, so it was a no brainer to find a healthy, fulfilling, vegan dish. So we searched the internet for some dinner ideas and came across an #Tasty recipe. So we decide to remake #Tasty veggie pasta and I believe it turn out better than we could of ever expected. It was quick and easy to make. Make sure you watch the video to see the process and how it tastes. Enjoy!😊

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans chickpeas
  • 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 box penne pasta
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2 zucchini
  • 4 whole carrots
  • 1 whole onion
  • 1 cup green onion
  • 1/4 cup frozen bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup mixed peppers (red, yellow, and orange)
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp sea moss
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp complete seasoning
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp caribbean jerk
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1 tbsp liquid smoke

How to Make:

  1. Put stove on medium to high heat
  2. Melt butter once pan heats up
  3. Add onions, carrots, and peppers into the pan
  4. Saute them for 2 minute (add water if needed)
  5. Once veggies are tender, add drained chickpeas and minced garlic with all seasonings (garlic, complete, onion, jerk, basil, oregano, and sage)
  6. Mix well (and add water if needed)
  7. Cook for 1 minute and add sea moss and fire roasted tomatoes
  8. Then mix well (add water if needed) and mix well
  9. Add liquid smoke, zucchini, broccoli, and tomato sauce to the pan , then cook for 5 minutes
  10. Boil water for pasta
  11. Add cooked pasta into pan for 1 minute
  12. Remove from heat and Enjoy!😊
