We found out the almond milk we purchased contains an ingredient labeled natural flavors. According to the FDA any product of roasting, heating or enzymolysis, which contains the flavoring constituents derived from a spice, fruit or fruit juice, vegetable or vegetable juice, edible yeast, herb, bark, bud, root, leaf, or similar plant material, meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy products, or fermentation products. Manufacturers don’t have to disclose the source of the natural flavor.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup grade A
- 2 cups Walnuts
- 4 cups Purified water
Instructions
- Step1: Walnuts (soaked in water overnight) place in blender
- Step 2: Add purified water & syrup
- Step 3: blend until smooth / pour in container container through cheesecloth
- Milk will lasts up to 2-3 days in an airtight container
