Nutritonal nut milk

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup grade A
  • 2 cups Walnuts
  • 4 cups Purified water

Equipment

  • blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Cheese cloth
  • Mason jar
  • Wide Funnel

Method
 

  1. Step1: Walnuts (soaked in water overnight) place in blender
  2. Step 2: Add purified water & syrup 
  3. Step 3: blend until smooth / pour in container container through cheesecloth
  4. Milk will lasts up to 2-3 days in an airtight container
