Nutritonal nut milk

Equipment

  • blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Cheese cloth
  • Mason jar
  • Wide Funnel

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup grade A
  • 2 cups Walnuts
  • 4 cups Purified water

Instructions
 

  • Step1: Walnuts (soaked in water overnight) place in blender
  • Step 2: Add purified water & syrup 
  • Step 3: blend until smooth / pour in container container through cheesecloth
  • Milk will lasts up to 2-3 days in an airtight container
