French toast

Ingredients
- 12 slices Sourdough bread
- 1 cup Walnut milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- soaked flax seed mix 2 TBSP of Flax seeds & 6 TBSP Water, let sit for 15 minutes)
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- 1.Add all ingredients except the bread in a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2.Preheat griddle to medium heat & grease with 1 TBSP oil of choice, We used coconut oil & olive oil
- 3.Pour Mixing into a flat bottom bowl and coat both sides of the bread in the batter for 10 seconds on each side.* If your batter is too thick add more walnut milk and If your bread is dry, leave it in a little longer.
- 4.Place on a frying pan and cook until golden brown 2-3 minutes on each side.
- 5.Topped with the desired toppings: we have a fruit salad & date paste Fruit Salad: Chopped: Pineapple, Apple, kiwi, mango, strawberries, Tangerines red & green apples, Nuts: Walnuts & Almonds
