Pancakes
At last, we remade Ihop’s pancakes and they were delicious, this will be a vegan version of Ihop’s recipe which is one of the most famous pancake restaurants in the U.S. Therefore, here are the ingredients and how to make the scrumptious vegan pancakes.
Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana overripe
- ¾ cup walnut milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup more for topping
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- Almond flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
Toppings: fruit, nuts, maple syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the peeled banana and add the milk, maple syrup, and olive oil. Whisk well
- add the flour and baking powder, to the mixture. Then whisk until well incorporated
- heat a flat pan on medium-low and add oil. Add an ⅓ cup of batter. Let it cook until the top becomes bubbly and the corners set, then flip using a spatula. Then let it cook on the other side until done. Repeat for the rest of the batter. as a result, you should be able to make 5-6 pancakes out of the batter
- top with the toppings you desire and enjoy!

Rice and peas meal
The meal everyone will love is a rice and peas meal including cabbage, carrots, and onions are super good. Above all, it tastes just like The Dutch Pot’s rice and peas meal. Therefore, we will show you how to make this meal
Ingredients
Rice and peas
⬤ Onions
⬤ Bellpepper
⬤ 2 tbsp Minced garlic
⬤ Allspice
⬤ Thyme
⬤ Ginger
⬤ 2 tbsp of Salt
⬤ 1tbsp of Pepper
⬤ Celery
⬤ Walnut milk
Instructions
First, Place beans in a pot and cover with water.
Next, add the Onions, Bell Pepper, minced garlic, allspice, thyme, ginger, salt, pepper, celery, and walnut milk. Then cover and simmer over low until the beans are tender. (1hr)
Third, Stir in rice & simmer over low heat until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. (30 min)

⬤ Tri bell pepper ( red, orange, yellow, green)
⬤ ½ of cabbage
Instructions
First, Heat pan, add oil
Next, Add onions, carrots, tri bell pepper( red, orange, yellow, green)
Third, Add ½ cabbage stir then add rest and mix until well incorporated. Then place the lid on top and let simmer until desire ( about 35 min )
