- In a bowl, mash the peeled banana and add the milk, maple syrup, and olive oil. Whisk well
- add the flour and baking powder, to the mixture. Then whisk until well incorporated
- heat a flat pan on medium-low and add oil. Add an ⅓ cup of batter. Let it cook until the top becomes bubbly and the corners set, then flip using a spatula. Then let it cook on the other side until done. Repeat for the rest of the batter. as a result, you should be able to make 5-6 pancakes out of the batter
- top with the toppings you desire and enjoy!
Notes
If the batter is too thin (for instance, spread too much in pan) add flour
however, if batter is too thick(does not spread enough) add milk
